Residential RPZ Test Request Form

The cost for RESIDENTIAL RPZ testing in Lemont is $70.00 per test, per valve. This includes the test and filing fee.

It does not include any repairs or additional testing if required.

The valve will be tested, and the results will be left in your front door with an envelope for remitting the payment.

We accept checks, cash or Zelle. Zelle: Lori@Allynplumbing.com

We will submit the results to BSI (hired by the Village of Lemont) as soon as we receive your payment.

LATE FEES:

After 90 days, delinquent payments are subject to late fees of $10.00 per month until payment is received.

We do not test RPZ valves located in the home.
